Items shipped from Blizzardlighting.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All items must be returned via Blizzard Lighting’s returns process accessible from your account page.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, visit the 'Returns' tab accessible from your account page.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the cost of return shipping with automatically be deducted from your refund.
If your product is under warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending back the product for repair or exchange. To begin this process, please open a new support ticket and we’ll work with you from there to fix or replace your item.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges on products in full condition. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original product within 30 days of purchase then purchase a new item separately.
