FAQs

What does the Raven do?
Control and configure your lights over Art-Net/sACN with Bluetooth or PoE network connection.
What's PoE?
Power over ethernet. Without a PoE compatible router or injector the Raven is powered via a USB-C cable. With PoE, both data and power are delivered via a typical ethernet cable.
What's Art-Net?
Art-Net is a communication protocol used to send DMX512 lighting control data over a standard Ethernet (CAT5/CAT6) network.
What are some use cases for the Raven?
Permanent install setups really benefit from the Raven's features. It provides the stability of a hardwired Ethernet setup with the flexibility and convenience of Bluetooth control. The Raven is perfect for configuring and testing a new rig. Assign addresses, set channel modes, and test fixture via RDM + Raven.
How does At Full work with the Raven?
Although many setups already have a dedicated console or control system already, At Full with Raven works just like a stingray. You just pair the Raven via At Full's Configure page and you're ready to go.
What does 'Made in Wisconsin' mean for the Raven?
We've significantly improved our manufacturing processes, and the Raven is the natural progression of that work. The housing, software, and hardware were all designed and assembled at our Wisconsin HQ.
